The prime objective of this application is to drive employees to learn anytime at their convenience through this app. It helps ease the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting and delivery of Edelweiss training programs. It delivers and manages all types of content, including video, courses, and documents. It is used to create professional structured course content. It also helps control which content an employee can access, track progress and engage employees with contact tools. Admins can manage courses and modules, enroll employees or set up self-enrollment, see reports on their progress.

This section displays all the mandatory, self nominated and HR recommended courses that need to be completed by the users. Users having reportees can approve/reject nominations from this space as well.
This section lines up the training approvals/nominations registered for the manager’s approval. This section also houses the Manager’s action center wherein training feedback for reportees is sought.
